- I usually try to ship orders out as fast as possible, but please allow up to 5 business days days.
- Returns are not accepted. But if there is an issue with your item, please contact me so I can provide a resolution for you. If an item is damaged or incorrect, pictures will need to be provided so I can either replace your order.
- If an order is returned to me due to address being input incorrectly by the buyer, the buyer is to pay to have the product shipped again to the correct address. If the buyer does not wish to pay the shipping again in this situation, a refund of the item (not the shipping) will be issued.
- I am not responsible for USPS losing packages or for stolen packages. If a package with tracking has gone missing, which can happen with all carriers, I will assist if I am able to but it is ultimately up to the customer to contact USPS about their missing package.
